  • Student submissions, assignments, and progress tracking may constitute education records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

  • In those cases, the university is the official custodian of records, and its FERPA policy governs access and disclosure.

  • ProfessorCashMoney.com acts only as a facilitator or service provider. Any FERPA-related rights (access, amendment, consent to disclosure) must be exercised through the university, not this Site.

When learning activities are conducted independently on ProfessorCashMoney.com (outside of a university LMS), FERPA does not apply.
