You can feel the energy at Friends University this fall, whether it be Friday night lights at Adair-Austin Stadium to the excited crowd during Falcon soccer matches. The season is still in full swing, and our Falcons our flying higher than ever with standout performances that you don’t want to miss. Let’s look at highlights so far.

Football: Dominating the KCAC

Football has had an impressive start to its season, boasting an undefeated 6-0 record and displaying one of the most powerful offenses in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC).

Quick Highlights:

·         6-0 overall (3-0 at home) (3-0 away)

·         Avg. 55 points per game

·         Big Wins: 73-14 vs. Bethany, 62-7 at Avila, 53-0 vs Evangel

When playing at the home stadium, Adair-Austin Stadium, with a capacity of 2,600, the fans flood the stadium, fueling the Falcons’ dominance on the field.

Men’s Soccer: Finding Form and Firepower

Having a slow start, the men’s soccer team jumped into form with a huge home win.

Key Game:

Friends 7, Bethany 0 (Sept. 27, 2025)

·         42 total shots, 19 on goal

·         Top Scorers: Juan Diego Alfaro, Sora Shibata, and Jose Quiel ( 2 goals each)

That match brought some well-deserved campus spirit back and drew one of the largest student crowds of the season.

Women’s Soccer: Home Dominance

The Women’s soccer team came out with a bang in the home opener to win 4-0 against Texas Wesleyan.

·         Controlled possession with 4 total shots allowed

·         Top performers: Mackenzie Cunningham ( 2 goals), Kieley Aranda (6 shots)

Their balanced attack and high-energy play have made Falcon soccer a must-see event.
